How do I pause my subscription?

In order to pause your subscription, simply login to your account.

Click on the “Review/Change my Subscription” option in the menu and then select “freeze account” which appears as one of the options.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, simply login to your account.

Click on the “Review/Change my Subscription” option in the menu and then select “cancel account” which appears as one of the options.

How do I retrieve my password?

In case you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your personal space by clicking to “my account” link on the menu.  A prompt window with your email and password should emerge.  Click on “forgot your email/Retrieve password” option and you should receive a temporal password to your email.  You can then login and change your password.

Is Astaferm® natural?

Astaferm® is an astaxanthin that is extracted from a natural, non-GMO yeast strain called Phaffia Rhodozyma. Phaffia yeast has evolved naturally to express astaxanthin as a biological means for self-preservation as it protects the Phaffia yeast against extreme conditions of low temperatures and intense UV light radiation. Consequently, it is among the few microorganism that can naturally express astaxanthin and can be used for producing astaxanthin via fermentation. Lastly, the astaxanthin produced by Phaffia has been found in the food chain when consuming cold-water fish, such as trout or salmon.

Are RedSource™ gummies vegan?

Yes. There are no animal-derived material or processing aids in use.  Our gummies are also non-GMO and gluten-free.

How do I return a shipment?

First and foremost, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and are sorry that you wish to return our product.  Please note we only accept returns of unopened/unadulterated products within thirty (30) days of receipt.  We are happy to refund you the cost of the returned product(s), but you are responsible for paying the return shipping and returning the product(s) in original packaging within the thirty day return window.  Please note: we do not refund original shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong product, and we will not issue refunds or exchanges past 30 days after you receive your order.

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days and may take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account. If we do not receive the return product, we will re-charge your credit card on file the amount of the refund.
